A ministry of Licking County Jail Ministries led by Pastor Scott Hayes, Vertical 196 is a daytime drop-in HOPE center that offers a variety of essential resources to the homeless population in Newark, OH including: lunch, showers, hygiene supplies, access to rehab, and church and employment connections. This ministry's mission is to create an environment where the hope and love of Jesus communicates that redemption is always available regardless of the circumstance.
